Where Do We Deliver?

We are proud to offer our delivery services across a wide range of locations in the Greater Vancouver Area.

Our delivery range includes all regions of Vancouver, Burnaby, and Richmond. Additionally, our delivery network extends to New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey, Delta, and Langley, ensuring comprehensive coverage across key areas for your convenience.

Do You Offer Same Day Delivery?

We sure do! Just make sure to place your same-day delivery order by 10:00 AM (PST), and we’ll get your blooms on their way by the evening.

What Hours Do We Deliver?

Our standard delivery hours are from 9 am to 9 pm, 7 days a week

What Are Your Delivery Fees?

Here’s the scoop on delivery:

Vancouver, Burnaby, and Richmond

  • Free delivery on orders over $99
  • $15 flat rate for orders under $99

New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey, Delta, and Langley

  • Reduced delivery fee of $15 for orders over $99
  • $30 flat rate for orders under $99

What Areas Do We Deliver To?

We provide delivery services across all locations within Vancouver and to select parts of the Greater Vancouver Area (GVA). We deliver to the following locations: Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver (both the City and District), and West Vancouver.

Can You Guarantee A Specific Time For A Flower Or Gift Delivery?

We are dedicated to meeting your needs and will make every effort to accommodate your preferred delivery time.

However, it's important to understand that we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time. If you have a precise time in mind, such as 4 PM, we kindly ask that you mention this request in the 'Special Notes' section during checkout.

Although we cannot commit to exact time deliveries, please be assured that we will do everything within our operational capacity to meet your request

Do You Call The Recipient Prior To Delivery?

To ensure that your delivery goes smoothly, we may contact the recipient as necessary. However, please be aware that we always confirm deliveries to hospitals prior to the scheduled delivery time.

What if the recipient isn’t home? Don’t worry—we’ve got a plan!

In the event that the recipient is not available when we attempt delivery, and if you have requested it, we will leave the flowers or gift at the recipient's front or back door, weather permitting.

However, during the winter months when temperatures are below 0 degrees Celsius, we cannot leave flower or plant deliveries outside. In such cases, we will attempt to leave the delivery with a neighbour whenever possible. Please note that if we need to make another delivery attempt, additional charges may apply

What Happens If I Entered The Wrong Address?

In the event that we deliver flowers to an address provided by the customer, and it turns out to be incorrect, Mei Garden reserves the right to charge additional fees for remaking the flowers and arranging for a redelivery.

To avoid any complications, we kindly ask that you ensure the accuracy of the delivery address when placing your order and double-check the order confirmation email when you receive it.

What Happens If I Want To Make Changes To My Order?

We will make every effort possible to fulfill any requests or changes to your order, but please note that we may not be able to make changes once the order is with our driver for delivery.

Can You Let Me Know When The Flowers Have Been Delivered?

You can expect an SMS or email notification from us when your flowers have been successfully delivered.
